Andrew Foggitt, Development Director at Gregory Property Group commented:
“We are delighted to be working with Robinson Developments, a company with a wealth of experience designing and building new homes. This joint venture partnership supports the growth of our residential division and our endeavours to deliver much needed quality new homes in the Yorkshire region.”
Gregory Robinson Developments is working on Hutton Hall, a development with planning permission for 29 new homes located on a site off Victoria Road, in the heart of Eccleshill. The scheme comprises a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom properties with gardens and private parking.
Phase One of the development started on site earlier this year. The first units are due to be completed in autumn 2017. The initial phase includes 10 three bedroom homes. The scheme is being marketed by Preston Baker Land and New Homes.
