Wells House, Ilkley

Forster Square Development Partnership, Broadway, Bradford
The Forster Square Development Partnership was established as a joint venture partnership between Magellan Properties, Caddick Developments and Bradford Council, with the aim of re-developing a key ten acre site situated in the heart of Bradford city centre. Discussions, which began in the 1990s, have come to fruition, with work well underway on the new shopping centre. The new centre, which is being built by Westfield, will position Bradford as a major shopping destination for the region. It is estimated that the centre will create 1,500 construction jobs and 2,500 new retail jobs for Bradford.
The Channel, Bradford
The Channel is a showpiece mixed-use development scheme situated in the heart of Bradford. The concept was conceived in response to the four neighbourhoods highlighted by the Bradford Centre Regeneration Masterplan originally designed by the architect Will Alsop.
